Natasha Freeman MD, Instructor in Medicine at the Columbia University Medical Center • Dept of Medicine Nephrology Dr. Freeman is a glomerular diseases fellow at Columbia University Irving Medical Center. She completed her general nephrology fellowship at CUIMC as well. Her clinical and research interests include glomerular disease, chronic kidney disease, and narrative medicine, with a current focus on how living with chronic kidney disease impacts patient identity.
