• Identify the major indications for genetic evaluation in kidney transplant.
• Differentiate between the genetic tests to be offered to recipients and donors.
• Understand the role of non-diagnostic genetic results in kidney transplant.
• Appreciate the ethical considerations related to genetic testing before kidney transplantation.
